Quality Material Starts Excellent Plastic Lock Seal
The idea of producing high-quality plastic lock seal is far-fetched when quality is not keenly observed and strictly implemented at the very beginning. How well a product turns out aesthetically, structurally and functionally at the end all depends on the quality of its starting materials.
All security seals, be it plastic indicative seal, steel cable seal, bolt seal, padlock seal, essentially have two major components: 1) the lock body and 2) the lock cylinder. Therefore, all material constituents of these two parts, including the seal tag, the locking chamber, the belt, metal, etc., undergo stringent raw material inspection programs with precisely defined test parameters and acceptance criteria.
Lock body and lock cylinder qualities are verified during this stage by the material staff (picking member) via visual inspections, with additional dimensions testing for the lock body, either by using rulers, roll meters (tape measures), or OD (outside diameter)-measuring apparatuses. All the in-process test results obtained are then verified by the process group leader.

Plastic lock seal Injection Molding
There is a crucial process that guarantees mass-production and precision of our security seals.
Firstly, mix up polypropylene resin and colorant before molding.
After that, all the raw material will be loaded into a barrel, where they will eventually be melted, compressed, and injected into the mold’s runner system. Hot resin is shot into the mold cavity through the gates, and the part is molded. Ejector pins facilitate the removal of the pieces from the mold where it falls into a loading bin.

Assembling Plastic Lock Seal
To prevent tampering, some tamper-resistant seals came with metal or plastic locking teeth in the lock head. The high-security seal houses the metal insert in a separate casing. This design features rolled heat staking technology to secure the metal insert to the locking chamber, which provides clear evidence of tampering if forced open or cut.

Plastic Lock Seal Label Marking
A complete tamper-resistant seal is finished until now. The seal tag can be hot stamped or laser engraved consecutive numbers and company name, logo, laser bar code or QR code.
The computer-controlled laser engraving machine, ensuring each seal flag was printed with the same contents.

Inspection & Packaging
To ensure strong break strength, we pick security seals randomly and sent them to our lab to finish the pull-force test.
Secondly, Our quality inspectors will check security seals via visual inspections and measuring tools to have additional dimensions testing for the lock body. And they will also sort out and destroy those defective products.
Finally, our workers will seal the qualified products with a moisture-resistance plastic bag and store them in a corrugated carton box.
